  • 28 December 2006: Cognatio 1.1.1 released. Bug-fix release.
  • 17 December 2006: Cognatio 1.1.0 released. Four new report types, can merge persons, sources or repositories, Gedcom 5.5.1 support, and several other improvements.
  • 17 December 2006: Ged2XML 1.7 released. Gedcom 5.5.1-support added.
  • 9 August 2006: Cognatio 1.0.8 released. Bug-fix release.
  • 29 July 2006: Cognatio 1.0.7 released. Bug-fix release.
  • 23 July 2006: Cognatio 1.0.6 released. Finally the first commercial version of Cognatio is available. As for the last beta-versions, the free download is a fully functional application, but additional functionality is available with a license key. A license key can be bought directly from the application. Since the last beta (1.0.5), a new report type, Simple Descendant List, has been added. Several problems have been fixed.
  • 11 July 2006: SimpleDB 2.3 released. It is now possible to create and delete indices dynamically. This release also fixes an index bug which caused records to be missing from an index in some cases. Incorrect indices in existing databases may be fixed by the included Viewer application.
  • 30 May 2006: Cognatio 1.0.5 (beta) released. One new report type. Two upgraded report types. The help file is now complete. Several important enhancements and fixes. Most likely the last beta-version of Cognatio.
  • 28 May 2006: Ged2XML 1.6 released. Objects, both embedded and linked, are now handled.
  • 7 May 2006: Cognatio 1.0.4 (beta) released. Three new reports. The CBasic IDE for report type programming now includes full debugging capabilities. Several enhancements and fixes.
  • 12 April 2006: Cognatio 1.0.3 (beta) released. A new 6-generation ancestor chart has been added. Several minor enhancements and bugfixes.
  • 20 March 2006: Ged2XML 1.5 released. Unicode files are now accepted. Handling of LDS-events has been added. Some user-defined tags are now accepted.
  • 10 March 2006: Cognatio 1.0.2 (beta) released. A new family group report has been added. Several new options in the reporting language CBasic. Enhanced GEDCOM-import. Several bug-fixes.
